Hardfacing flexible cords(coiled flexible electrode composed of a Nicke core wire and tungsten carbide grain covered)
Tungsten carbide is one of the best materials with its highest hardness,wear resistance material in the industrial except diamond.
HF is a nickel cored flexible rod coated with mainly spherical fused/cast tungsten carbide and Ni-Cr-B-Si-Matrix. The hard facing is highly resistance to acids,bases,lye,and other corrosive media and excessive wear conditions.It can be covered on the carbon steel,low carbon steel,low alloy steel,stainless steel,cast iron and ductile iron surfacing, suitable for oil drilling tools (such as PDC drill,Centralizers),building machinery (such as the blade of brick and concrete production),mining geological tools,agriculture,food and chemical industry machinery.It is mainly used for surfacing and repairing for the strong wear and tear corrosion part,can significantly reduce tool wear and tear,improve work efficiency.The rod has a low mlting range of between 950-1060 ºC and feature a self fluxing characteristic producing a smooth,clean welded surface.
HF WC-S can hold the higher load wear, higher resistance to high stress and high stress wear.HF WC-S particles mainly is spherical casting WC particles and irregular casting WC particles,sepherical cast tungsten carbide particles have good toughness and strength binding with the metal,supplemented by a certain amount of irregular casting carbonization,so that the surfacing layer has a better wear resistance and impact resistance.The actual thickness of surfacing electrode, different diameters can be choosed accor- ding to the tools demand,generally covered 1 to 3 layers.
HF WC-C is suitable for low stress wear conditions,with a higher resistance to low stress wear.HF WC-C mainly filled with irregular casted WC particles. The hard particle size designed optimization,which blend different particle size very well. In the process of welding hard particles are closely,so improve the wear resistance and impact resistance of the surfacing layer.
